Our half-board plans

Start relaxing from the moment you book your stay with our 2 half-board plans which includes dinner for every night you stay at Nutchel Champagne!

Inside, only the order of food delivery differs, so choose carefully what fits you best based on the days you will be staying with us. You can find all the details of the different meals below.
If you are a vegetarian or gluten-free gourmet, we have you covered! Since we are using fresh, locally sourced, seasonal produces for all our food baskets, not all three alternatives are available for each food basket and we are unfortunately not able to offer you vegan options to this day. Please make sure to plan your meals accordingly.

Please note that all meals must be ordered at least 7 days prior to your arrival, either through the pre-stay email that you will receive or by contacting client service well in advance.

Healthy breakfast idea during your stay at Nutchel

French breakfast

Our tasty breakfast is always included for everyone during the whole stay and includes the following:

A different pastry everyday
Country-style bread
Jam
Butter
A bottle of apple juice (sometimes with a twist)
Two different types of fruits
Eggs
Goat cheese

Everything but the pastries are delivered to your locker at the beginning of your stay.
Tea, coffee, chocolate powder and sugar are also available in your cabin upon your arrival.

Brunch

In addition to the included breakfast, you can choose to upgrade it to a hearty brunch on Sunday morning.

Brunch for adults (€22): On top of everything included in the breakfast, you will get a brioche to share, pancake dough, chocolate spread, yoghurt & granola, chaource cheese cream, ham, quiche, salad bowl.

‍Brunch for kids (€12): On top of everything included in the breakfast, you will get a brioche to share, pancake dough, chocolate spread, yoghurt and granola.

Barbecue

‍Barbecue basket for adults (€29): prime rib of beef to share (or a rib steak for solo guests), salad, a jacket potato with butter, and the dessert of the day

‍Vegetarian barbecue basket (€29): halloumi cheese, a veggie kebab, salad, a jacket potato with butter, bread, and the dessert of the day

‍Barbecue basket for kids (€16): a sausage, bread, salad, a jacket potato with butter, and the dessert of the day

This basket can be ordered for dinner on the day of arrival. It is also included in both our half-boards plans.

Raclette

Raclette basket for adults (€27): selection of cold cuts, raclette cheese, bread, potatoes, salad, and the dessert of the day

Vegetarian raclette basket (€27): raclette cheese, mushrooms, salad, bread, potatoes, a vegetable and the dessert of the day.

‍Raclette basket for kids (€16): selection of cold cuts, raclette cheese, bread, potatoes, lettuce with vinaigrette, and the dessert of the day

This basket can be ordered for dinner on the day of arrival. It is also included in both our half-boards plans.

Seasonal baskets

Grandpa's (in winter only): Beef Bourguignon casserole served with carots and potatoes, and the dessert of the day

Grandma's (in summer only): Chicken tajine casserole served with seasonal vegetables, and the dessert of the day.

Vegetarian Grandma's (in summer only): Vegetables tajine casserole, egg, and the dessert of the day.

These baskets are only included in both our half-boards plans, and cannot be ordered separetely.

Pizza

This is our take on the pizza night! In this basket you will get the following ingredients to prepare your own pizza in your cosy cabin!

Pizza dough (1 piece per adult, 0.5 piece per kid)
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella
Shredded ham
Shredded cheese
Olives
Lettuce
Dessert of the day

This basket is only included in both our half-boards plans, and cannot be ordered separetely.

Our local partners

Since April 2025, we are working hand in hand with the neighbouring farmhouse, called La Ferme du Bambois, which is located less than 2 kilometers away from our forest village Nutchel Alsace.

Isabelle built the farm and its restaurant together with her husband Walter in 2005, developping a strong clientele amongst the locals and the former holiday village clients.

We have been working together with Ferme du Bambois since the opening of Nutchel Alsace: they have provide us with fresh ingredients for our food baskets, for our Honesty Shop as well as catering for our seminars and group events.

With Walter retiring in early 2025, our partnership has taken another dimension, as we are now partners to keep on offering our guests and the locals a qualitative farmhouse dining experience at the restaurant of Ferme du Bambois.

As a certified farmhouse restaurant, at least 51% of the produce served in the dishes are produced in a farm, most of it at the Ferme du Bambois itself. Almost 100% of the ingredients come from Alsace- and Vosges-based producers and farms.
